Magnolia House, Downtown Jefferson, walk to square

The Magnolia House/Historic District/Jefferson, GA is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway! Beautifully renovated, but built in 1902, it has all the conveniences to host your stay, including vintage serving ware, punch bowls, China sets etc. One queen Murphy bed is on main level with an adjacent full bathroom. Three large bedrooms are upstairs, each with 2 queen beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs with showers only (no bathtubs in the house). Some dogs are welcome @ $100 each.

A like new 1000 s/f guest cottage sharing 25 pastoral acres with an historic country home. Finest amenities including queen bed, luxury bath, full kitchen* wi-fi and electric fireplace. This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
