Bright, airy, spacious tastefully designed, and decorated home, amidst well-maintained garden and grounds, overlooking the sea- and landscape of the Laconic Gulf. The 2-bedroom 70 sqm guest home -with its own gated entrance and patio- makes up the ground floor of a 2-story villa, situated on a 4-acre plot in the residential area of Selinitsa, on the outskirts of picturesque Gythio (4 km away) and 1 km from Selinitsa Beach. 4 people INCLUDING infants !!!!! This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Twee persoons B&B Studio inclusief eigen badkamer met douche en toilet en compleet ingericht keukenblok met mogelijkheid tot het bereiden van een maaltijd. Ruim privé terras met meubilair en BBQ (egg), uitzicht op zee en bergen, televisie, gratis wifi, airconditioning en mini kluisje zijn allemaal inbegrepen. Uiteraard ook het onbeperkt gebruik van het verwarmde zwembad. Het verblijf is bovendien inclusief uitgebreid vers ontbijt wat we serveren op ons restaurant terras.

Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.
