Spacious, 115 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms. Our apartment has an amazing view of Tolo bay. Located up in a small hill, 350 metres from the beach and seconds away from the bus station. There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space/ kitchen. There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
