Generally The whole house has underfloor heating. In the living room there is an air source heat pump that you can use as AC/cool down the house if needed. However, think about the environment and do not let it go with open doors/windows. All windows in the bedrooms have airing windows. In all opening windows, there is also a mosquito window that can be pulled down. The walls and ceiling in all rooms except the bathroom are in beautiful white brushed mountain birch and the floor in the whole house in these parts is smoked castle plank of brushed oak. Balcony: 130 square meter large terrace that is fenced. On the south side there is a dining table with 6 chairs overlooking the sea. There is also a large sofa with a table under a roof which is very much appreciated. On the west side of the terrace there is also a smaller table with two sun loungers. On the west side of the house you will also find a storage room with life jackets, games such as kubb, boules and croquet as well as barbecue etc. Entrance In the entrance hall with white marble tiles there are clothes hangers and a cleaning cabinet as well as cupboards for storage. Kitchen The lovely kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need to cook. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker. There is an oven and a combined oven/microwave. The beautiful bench and stone slabs are made of dekton from southern Europe. Everyday grimace In the living room you have panoramic views of the sea. There is a large sofa with coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and 2 armchairs with a small table. In addition, a 65 inch TV and a wood stove with soapstone. Master bedroom Here you have 2 large windows facing the water. The continental bed from mio is 180 cm wide. There is a large wardrobe and a workplace with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. Bedrooms 1 Here there is a bunk bed where the lower bed is 120 cm wide and the upper 90 cm. There is a workplace with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. There is a spacious wardrobe where in the wardrobe there is a high chair. Bedrooms 2 The bed is 140 cm wide and there is a wardrobe. Bathroom The cosy bathroom has a water toilet, countertops, sink, shower and drying cabinet. There is soap, detergent and shampoo as well as toilet paper. Sauna A 15 square meter sauna will be built in the winter of 2024/2025, which is expected to be completed on May 1, 2025. It is a self-contained isolated sauna overlooking the sea. The sauna will contain a 9 square meter relaxation area with a sofa bed, table and chairs that can also be used to sleep in. The walls and ceiling of the relaxation area will be in beautiful red-colored alder. In addition to the relaxation area, there will be a 6 square meter wood-fired sauna. In the sauna it will be a brown colored beautiful heat-treated aspen. Back At the back of the house there is a picturesque outhouse. Firewood storage Wood storage you can see the front of the house. It is a 10 square meter building where there are gaps between the panels for wood to be aerated. Bridge The jetty is about 30 square meters in size with a bathing ladder. On/next to the jetty there are 2 deck chairs that you can sit in and enjoy the view. The Plot The plot is about 7000 square meters in size, of which the lawn is about 1000 square meters. There are raspberry bushes, currant bushes, raspberries, apple trees, plum trees and cherries. However, the fruit trees are only a few years old and have not produced much fruit yet. At the beginning of the plot there is also a flower meadow. The private beach is about 50 meters long and it is possible to launch your own boat of the size of a steering console if you want to bring your own boat

Enkel modern liten sovstuga

Upptäck den vackra natur som omger boendet. Sov en god natts sömn i sköna sängar ute i naturen i denna nybyggnda stuga. Den är endast till för övernattning, finns varken el eller vatten. Ett bekvämare sovalternativ till tält eller ombord på din båt om du är ute på äventyr. Finns ingen Enkel, fräsch och med sköna sängar men inga andra bekvämligheter förutom tak över huvudet och en fantastisk utsikt. Denna stuga kan hyras fristående eller i anslutning till huvudstugan Kittelvik.

Välkommen till vår mysiga stuga med egen barnvänlig sandstrand en perfekt plats för avkoppling, bad och härliga semesterdagar med familj eller vänner. Bilväg finns hela vägen fram till stugan, vilket gör den lätt att nå för både barnfamiljer och äldre. Njut av morgonkaffet vid stranden, ta ett dopp i det klara vattnet och koppla av i en lugn och naturskön miljö bara en kort bilresa från Mariehamn.

Cottage 49 by the sea with AC.

Stuga under renovering, kök och golv blir nytt våren 2025. Stuga alldeles vid havet med egen brygga. Stugan har 2 sovrum, kök med diskmaskin, vardagsrum, toalett, dusch, bastu, Wi-fi. Luftkonditionering i stugan så svalt skönt även varma sommardagar. Stugan är placerad mellan 2 andra stugor men har en egen privat brygga. Simstranden har djupt vatten så lämpar sig för simkunniga. Ligger ca 3,5 km från Åva hamn samt ca 21 km från Torsholma hamn.

Vestergårds lillstuga

Välkommen till en enkel men mysig stuga vid havet med tillgång till badbrygga. Njut av solnedgången ute på terassen eller sola på de röda granitklipporna. Fina möjligheter till paddling i vacker och rogivande skärgårdsmiljö. Bilparkering vid stugan och nära huvudväg på ön Östra Simskäla i den vackra nordöstra åländska skärgården. Här finns också utmärkta möjligheter att paddla kajak i skydd för vinden. Skärgården är väl värd en tur.

Glasbergsboden, off-grid cabin on an island

Glasbergsboden är en traditionell skärgårdsbod med en dubbelsäng för 2 personer och ett litet pentry. Här på ön finns inte el eller rinnande vatten. I stranden finns möjlighet att fiska upp din egen abborre. Österören är en ö som ligger i Boxö arkipelagen och är omgiven av Boxö naturreservat och på öns högsta punkt Glasberget står boden med utsikt mot Norrhavet. En plats för den totala avkopplingen i den storslagna orörda skärgården

Pittoresk stuga med havet som enda granne!

Välkommen till Lunsberg! Här är livet stilla och naturnära. Elda i vedbastun, värm dig vid den öppna spisen och låt dagarna gå. Stugan är ca 50kvm med kök/allrum, sovrum, ett generöst loft och stor altan. Tomtens kanske bästa utsikt finner du på utedasset som ligger strax bakom stugan. Nere vid havet finns en skyddad brygga om du vill ta dig till Lunsberg med egen båt eller bara bada efter bastun.

Lyssna på det rika fågellivet, svanar som simmar omkring med sina gråa duniga ungar, måsar och sjöfåglar som pratar med varann, det är aldrig helt tyst. Helt fantastiskt, närmare naturen än såhär kommer du inte. Tältbastu i kvällssolen precis vid vattnet.

Kalles, skärgårdsidyll med utsikt över Hamnsundet

Kalles är ett hus i traditionell skärgårdsstil. Till huset finns fiber-wifi för dig med höga krav på snabbhet. Kalles är därför mycket lämplig boende för workation. På gården finns en separat bastu med dusch. Bastun är tillgänglig från april till november och kan bokas vid ankomst.

Stuga på Herrö med sjötomt och unik havsutsikt

Djur- och rökfri stuga på Herrö med kvällssol och stor havstomt med ogenerat läge. Släta badklippor och utsikt mot fri horisont. Vedeldad bastu med badstege. En fin roddbåt finns, men ingen motor eller fiskeredskap finns att tillgå. Lakan och handdukar ingår inte.
