Historic Lochside Woodside Tower

Woodside is a stunning 1850s Victorian mansion. The beautifully renovated top floor apartment has two bedrooms and private bathroom. There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We are in a fantastic location on the shore of Loch Long and provides you with a base from which to explore. You can walk, run, cycle or hike the Rosneath peninsula. You can kayak, paddle board or even swim in Loch Long. We are a 20 minute drive from Helensburgh where there is a bustling sea front with plenty of choices to eat and shop. Another 10 minute drive gets you to Loch Lomond where you can hire kayaks and paddle boards or go for a cruise.

Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. The property consists of four flats each with its own individual access and entrance. Cragowlet House East possesses magnificent views of the confluence of Loch Long and The River Clyde and beyond to Cowal peninsula and the isle of Arran. It retains its defining architectural features as per its category 'B' listing from Historic Scotland, with high ceilings, ornate plaster cornice work, 'period' fireplaces, plaster corbels, architraves, skirting and sash & case windows.

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.
