Recoleta Chic, apacible y elegante apartamento

El departamento se encuentra remodelado a estrenar con detalles de muy buen gusto en su decoración y un moderno equipamiento. Se encuentra a metros de la Avda. Santa Fe donde están las mejores tiendas de la ciudad y muy conectado con sus medios de transporte. El cuarto principal tiene una cama "super king" que puede armarse entera o separada en dos camas individuales. Las almohadas son "inteligentes" y la ropa de cama asi como las toallas de muy buena calidad. Los electrodomesticos son nuevos y consta de horno y anafes electricos, microndas, cafetera, pava electrica, tostadora de pan y heladera con frezeer. El aire acondicionado es frio/calor y el cuarto ademas, tiene un ventilador de techo para los que no toleran el aire frio directo. El agua caliente proviene de la caldera central del edificio por lo que facilita prolongados y agradables baños. Bajo la mesada de la cocina hay un moderno lavarropas. Todas las puertas tienen cerradura con llave y el cuarto puede cerrarse desde su pasillo de acceso, quedando de esa manera en "suite privada " con el baño. Me gusta socializar, puedo atender a los en cualquier momento, por mail o por celular. Vivo muy cerca del apartamento, puedo acudir si me necesitan. Facilito a los huespedes una tarjeta de transporte publico de cortesia que luego puede recargarse en los kioskos cercanos. Sobre la mesa del comedor dejo las instrucciones de la casa asi como una guia con recomendaciones sobre compras en el supermercado, comercios cercanos y lugares para comer con precios acomodados y buena calidad de comida. Puedo asesorar personalmente a mis huespedes sobre lugares de interes turistico, restaurantes o lugares de moda divertidos, museos, galerias de arte o shoppings. Se trata de una exclusiva zona residencial, donde hay numerosos bares, restaurantes y boutiques para conocer y pasear. A metros de una de las plazas mas bellas de la ciudad. Se encuentra a metros de la Av. Santa Fe donde circulan gran cantidad de lineas de colectivos que te llevan en pocos minutos a los principales sitios de interés de la Ciudad. También se encuentra a 5 cuadras del metro (subte). Al llegar les entrego una tarjeta de transporte publico de cortesia que puede recargarse en los kioscos y una guia de los principales lugares de interes. El check in posterior a las 20.00 horas tiene un costo adicional de U$S 20. Si la estancia es mayor a 8 dias, se les.entrega un juego de sabanas y toallas de recambio.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars.
