Levanta Unique Country Home Kefalonia

"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Oleandro

Welcome to Oleandro, an arty downtown family-friendly holiday home! Located in the heart of Argostoli, near the iconic De Bosset Stone Bridge, the charming Lithostroto Shopping Street, and the numerous bars and restaurants along the waterfront, here you will find everything you need! This house is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living with a sofa bed and a 8 seater dining table, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The house is traditional located on the southern slopes of mt. Ainos in Mousata village 200m above sea level. Around sandy beaches ideal for families with small children. A cozy Kefalonian house with modern amenities comprising of 2 bedrooms, a loft, one bathroom, an external W.C. an open plan kitchen(fully equipped) and longue/diner .

Just 1 km from Argostoli, the islands capital, and 10 mins from the Airport you'll find Lassi. A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach. ATM's and car or bike rentals are all within walking distance as are the golden sand crystal clear water beaches. A 50 sqm apartment with one bedroom, built in 2020, member of Argostoli-Apartments. Large veranda with amazing seaview for you to relax and enjoy your stay in our island. Just 2-3 minutes drive from famous blue flagged beaches. In the capital with everything you need next to you but also away from center’s noise and traffic. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.
