Oceanfront apartment in Arguineguin, on the south coast, where winter is warm and windless. The terrace of the studio overlooks the ocean and the beautiful Mediterranean garden as we exit the house, we are on the shore of the golden, with a free beach and cafes. The apartment has unlimited Wi-Fi and mobile air conditioning. The center is a 2-minute walk away, with restaurants, a shopping center and entertainment venues. Can be booked for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old).

This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
