A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. Fully equipped. The 91 m² apartment is bright and exterior, located on the beachfront with sea views. Please note that each additional traveler must pay an additional fee per person per night, which is added to the base price of the reservation. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron, unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and TV. The open-plan kitchen features a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

Nuevo apartamento familiar , muy comodo y a menos de 100 mt de la playa. El acceso es facil, solo dos tramos muy pequeños de escalera, casi es un bajo. Camas king size de 180x200 cm para que el descanso este asegurado. Toda la casa cuenta con ventanas al exterior que aegura buena ventilacion y luz solar. A menos de 50 mt tiene parada de autobus, farmacia, banco, supermercado. restaurantes y el paseo junto al mar.
