Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

This home’s jungle greenhouse creates its own microclimate in the high mountain desert and is completely off-the-grid, exquisitely detailed and outfitted with modern amenities. The outer greenhouse features towering banana trees, grape vines, birds, turtles and even a fish pond. The inner living spaces are cozy and quiet. Designed to accommodate 4 guests, our property offers an infrared sauna, a fire pit, and modern comforts. We're an hour drive from the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Pets welcome. Be mindful that guests from the adjacent unit may be present on the property. Where healing meets elegance.

Stonehaven is a contemporary castle on 52 acres of private woods. As the most unique option in the area, we’re proudly celebrating eight years with solid five star reviews. Don't settle for another rusty dusty cabin; Become your family's hero and book your castle today! *The house can fit up to 13 people, but someone must sleep on a small futon & share a double-sized trundle. We say the house can fit 11 “comfortably” or up to 13 if you have kids.
