The house is on the National Historic register and was built in 1910. The rental is the entire upstairs of the house. There is a private entrance off the front porch which leads to a completely updated living quarters. The living room has a great view of the train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.
