Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Recently renovated, charming South Arlington Bungalow with a close, central location!! This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is the perfect jumping off point for all things in Arlington & DC. Located next to the Air force Memorial and Arlington Cemetery, and about a 15 minute walk to The Pentagon, Pentagon City Shopping Mall, great restaurants & grocery stores. 20 min walk to the Metro, 1 stop outside of DC. Close to Clarendon and Columbia Pike Corridor.

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
