Clenaghans - Self-catering Stone Cottage

Located in idyllic Northern Irish countryside, Clenaghan's cottages are situated on the site of an over 250 year old farmyard. Boasting 6 cottages in total, each has been converted to a high specification with modern facilities including high-speed internet & wide-screen televisions. Every apartment has its own living area, kitchen, bedroom and en-suite. You'll arrive to a generously stocked fridge with welcome pack including everything you need to make your own Ulster Fry in the morning as well as bread, milk, cheese and more. Also on site is the award-winning Clenaghan's Restaurant which opens Wednesday to Sunday. Just 5 minutes drive away is the quaint Moira village, which has no shortage of bars, restaurants & cafes for you to peruse. Moira is beside the Northern Ireland M1 Motorway (Junction 9) between Lurgan and Lisburn. Belfast is a 25 minute drive by car and is accessible from Moira Train Station, a 5 minute drive away.

Andy's Home Cottage is an Official Tourism Northern Ireland 4 star rated establishment. Our beautiful cottage is a newly refurbished traditional space with quirky vintage decor. A tranquil country escape a short distance from the infamous Mourne Mountains. It has a large garden which is ideal for relaxing in the sun and a patio for socialising in the country air. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful County Down countryside, in the midst of the Mourne Mountains, The Wee Barn is a traditional stone cottage situated just 2 miles from the busy town of Banbridge with excellent shops and restaurants. The Designer Boulevard Shopping Outlet is just 3 miles away, while the Historic village of Hillsborough with its Royal Castle and Forest is just a 15 minute drive. The Cottage has a newly renovated interior, wood burning stove and has a relaxing and snug feel!

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Mill Race Cottage in historic Hillsborough

Our centuries old two storey three bedroomed cottage is located on the perimeter of the Castle walls within a few minutes stroll of the picturesque and historically important village of Hillsborough. The cottage has a first floor central lounge and conservatory, overlooking the Race which runs the back of the cottage. The bedrooms are to either side of the lounge. This arrangement may suit an extended family. As hosts we will be delighted to offer advice on local facilities and attractions.

Yellowstone Cottage on the doorstep to the Mournes

Tranquil getaway on the doorstep to the Mourne Mountains. Just listed in 2024, a newly renovated cottage surrounded by peaceful countryside fields and beautiful mountain views. The cottage is centrally situated among various towns and villages that offer attractions which cater to guests with differing ideas of the perfect holiday getaway. Accessible downstairs. Secure onsite parking. Can accommodate 6 adults plus 3 children. Entire unit, but reduced price for fewer bedrooms.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

The Barn - Hillsborough

A converted barn, a wonderful space for a couple as cosy but also for a family as has a large kitchen. Just outside Hillsborough (2 miles) enjoy the peace of the countryside whilst not being too far from the sights. (Belfast 30 mins, Dublin 1hr 30mins, North Coast, Giants Causeway, 1hr 30mins). Larchfield Estate, wedding venue, 5 minutes drive away. You have complete privacy from us but if you need any advice while here we are just across the yard.

Mason's Cottage - a little bit special!

A little piece of history in the heart of County Down, Mason's Cottage has been thoughtfully restored to offer very comfortable modern facilities whilst retaining original features. Perfectly located for a quiet get away, or for the more active with cycling, water sports and hiking all only 30 minutes away. Restaurants, leisure centres, shopping outlet and cinemas are all within 10 mins drive in Banbridge, including the Game of Thrones Studio Tour.
