Fully equipped Lounge and Kitchen/Diner. Ideal for family breaks. Unlimited WiFi & Netflix. There is nowhere within 20 miles that caters for 8 people at such a low cost, so is excellent value for money. Sorry, but do not book if you are planning to hold a party or you're easily offended by house rules.

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Steeped in 100’s of years of history, and home place of the foundation of the Orange Lodge, (LOL 1 is a stones throw away), we have a stunning, peaceful home nestled amid rolling hills, a stream and ancient orchards. Myrtle's Place is a traditional, well equipped two bedroom annex with ample parking in a rural setting. 5 miles north of Banbridge; 30 mins south of Belfast and 5 minutes off the A1, it offers a central country base for catching up with family, exploring Co. Down and Belfast. A good stopping point travelling from Dublin to Belfast, the Giant's Causeway or North Coast. A short drive from Linen Mill Game of Thrones Studio at the Boulevard Banbridge and 14 miles from seaside Newcastle.

The house is set on the grounds of a thatch cottage where we live with dogs, cats and hens which roam about freely waiting to welcome newcomers and overlooks stunning countryside. Titanic Exhibition, shopping and high end restaurants are all within easy reach.

Gracey's barn is situated in an excellent location close to the Mourne Mountains and Slieve Gullion, 40 minutes from Belfast and 70 minutes from Dublin City Centre.

Perfectly located for a quiet get away, or for the more active with cycling, water sports and hiking all only 30 minutes away. Restaurants, leisure centres, shopping outlet and cinemas are all within 10 mins drive in Banbridge, including the Game of Thrones Studio Tour.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.
