This is a great location for those who want to walk around Yerevan for shopping, site seeing and more. All major sites and shops are within 5 to 15 minutes of walking distance. The house comes with a full bathroom, full kitchen, a washing machine and a beautiful garden with a breakfast nook. Depending on what time of the year you arrive you can enjoy the fruits that the garden bears such as grapes and red/white cherries.
The hostess will answer any questions you may have on where to go and what to do in and outside of Yerevan. If you require transportation to museums, historic sites, Lake Sevan, etc... we will be happy to provide you with a vehicle and a driver for an additional fee.
In the immediate vicinity, there are a verity of restaurants and cafes, offering local as well as international cuisine. However I would suggest you try the local cuisine, not only because it is cheaper and delicious, mainly because you will not find such dishes anywhere else.
Transportation within the city is very cheap. If you are visiting from North America or West Europe, then Yerevan's taxi rates will seem like a buss fare to you. Traveling around Yerevan in a taxi is incredibly cheap. I would highly recommend you travel via taxis because they are more convenient, easy to hail down and incredibly cheap.
One of the most unique things about this location is that it resides right next to one of the most popular and famous parks in Yerevan. The Fountain Park is know for its fountains and its diverse cafes and restaurants. The park is also known for attracting the couples and romantics of Yerevan. Many couples spend most of their evenings in the park.
