orto_uralla is a shed conversion just for couples. Simple luxury…that soothes the soul. King bed, bath with a view, kitchenette, stunning floor to ceiling windows capturing sun and views, indoor wood fire and outdoor fire pit and your very own Bocce court. orto_uralla offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind. Please note: The shed is not suitable for children or infants The shed is close to our house but you will have complete privacy (except maybe from the chickens and kangaroos!)

Carisbrook Cottage, Armidale

Carisbrook cottage is a stylish cosy 1920’s blue brick home, Featuring 3 Spacious bedrooms, a living room that is accompanied by a wood fire, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a modern kitchen & dining area for all your entertainment needs. Located 2 blocks from Armidale CBD. Everything you need is located within walking distance, including TAS, cafes, pubs, shopping center and Corner Creperie across the road. With a secure fenced yard, it’s perfect for visitors with small outdoor pets.

Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Perfect for a family or two, or for a quiet getaway.

Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Dunroamin, A cosy comfortable 2 bedroom home.

Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. West Ruislip Farm, Armidale

Peaceful granny flat on our 100-acre cattle farm in the New England region. Large bedroom with Queen, Double & Single bed, private lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom. Reverse-cycle air-con for comfort. Enjoy stunning sunsets and amazing stargazing on clear nights. No Wi-Fi, but phone reception is strong for most networks reception. All pets welcome. A quiet, relaxing stay with friendly cattle and wide open spaces. If you require two beds made up, please book for 3 people

The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.

The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only

Close to town, 1km from The Armidale School, walking distance to NERAM and 10 minutes from UNE. Black Gully Reserve is a block away where you can find wonderful bird life and a relaxing walk alongside the lake. This is NOT a party venue.
