Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Milieu is walking distance from the town centre and TAS.

Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.

The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
