Summit House - Entire Home (2 bedrooms)

This spacious newly built home is five minutes from Armidale but feels a world away. It is nestled in bushland on a large block frequented by kangaroos and is completely private. 'Summit House' makes a great base for excursions into the four national parks in the local area, plus the city of Armidale. The house can be rented as a two-bedroom or four-bedroom stay. Visit our friendly donkeys next door. Bring your animals too! Outside dogs are welcome, as are horses, but check with us first.

Situated on our small horse & cattle property which is conveniently located near the Guyra Golf Course and the Guyra Bowling Club (who provides a free shuttle bus service) & only 2kms from local Shops, Cafes & Hotels. A perfect relaxing stopover for individuals & couples or short stays whilst visiting Guyra & surrounds. The homestead is also available for families or groups on request.

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.
