Minutes from downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy; walk to Cantler’s Riverside Inn for crabs, convenient to US 50 and the Bay Bridge and Eastern Shore. Due to the stairs and loft, this accommodation may not be appropriate for toddlers and the mobility challenged Parties are not permitted. Please note that there is no water access on the property, but there is nearby public water access.

I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. You can be certain that you will have all the comforts you expect here while within walking distance to the navy football field and the navy academy. You can also enjoy all the wonderful food and exciting shopping in between. The house comes with a furnished basement with bathroom/shower. On the first floor, you will find a stocked kitchen with a dining room and living room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom/bath.

**This is a basement apartment located under our shared family home, which has occupants (host, Airbnb) and pets in the upper level. There is a secured door between the homes levels and an exterior private entrance into the unit. Conveniently located close to BWI airport (10 mins), Baltimore Inner Harbor (20 mins), Annapolis (20 mins) and DC (45 mins). Located about a 1/2 mile from the light rail, bus route, restaurants, malls and entertainment. Uber and Lyft are also available in our area.

Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

Our pool and hot tub are closed for the season. Ideal for a couple's retreat, this king suite guest room has a seating area, mounted TV, and coffee bar, microwave, and mini-fridge. An ensuite bathroom provides a luxurious shower and a spacious closet. The pool and hot tub are seasonal. Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.
