Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 Restaurant. These are in addition to our other Stay Properties across the street. Browns Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed with a full bathroom. There are 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans. The living room area has couch, chairs and smart TV.

We are in the Coronado building on the third floor in unit #300, which is the closest building to all of the amenities! The DT area is located just 1 mile away with bars, waterfront restaurants, shopping & Arnolds Park! Just down the street is a public boat ramp.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

Downtown Serenity

Located at 10 W 4th Street in downtown Spencer, the historic Medlar Studio is home to the The Medlar Suites. Suite #1 has Wifi and free parking is provided across the street (Public parking lot, well lit). This unit is centrally located and in the heart of the shopping district with the local brewery just around the corner and restaunts within blocks.

Nature View and Walk 1

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Away from the main, but very close to make it convenience with a short 2 mile walk, hike, drive or ride from everything in the area. I do not have lake access, but there are beaches in the area.

Fully renovated basement apartment

This is an apartment in a lower level of a home with a private entrance through the garage. Tenants will be above so there is potential for some noise so please be respectful of others.
