Kitchen includes Keurig, microwave, oven, fridge, dishes and cookware. Bedding, towels and basic necessities. Five minute drive from downtown. Local snowmobile trails and state park are nearby. Access to the trails is close. Great cross country skiing at park. ABSOLUTELY No smoking or vaping on premises or property.

Chalkboard wall, (with art and signatures from guests all over the world since 2018 dont forget to sign the wall) two tv’s (master bedroom and LR) with Netflix, Hulu, + access, and high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

Room to park two to three vehicles outside and space for several snowmobiles. Kayaks are available to borrow. Cross Lake is on the Fish River chain of lakes providing miles of open water for fishing and water sports. Easy access to ATV and snowmobile trails.

We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of 2024. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.
