It has its own private entrance. We have built the apartment to have amazing views out to the Remarkable Mountain Range and over Millbrook Golf Resort. This is perfect for an individual, couple, or family.

This unit is nestled in a beautiful garden and has stunning mountain views. Detached from the main house and with a private entrance it provides privacy and space. Close to bike tracks, the wave, Grandview and 8 minutes to Lake Hāwea. Situated walking distance to Hawea flat school and kindergarten which is great for visiting family to do pick ups and drop offs.
