This beachfront property offers direct access to a peaceful, secluded beach, a community pool, tennis, and basketball courts, swings, a pay laundry room, and gated access. All rooms in our villa are equipped with air conditioning

Enjoy access to everything in the Southeast from this comfortable home. Walk to Chiriopolis beach, 5-minutes away or a short drive to El Malecon, for a delicious meal at one of the ocean front restaurants- less than 8 mins away. Supermarket, Walgreens and Panaderias all within a 5 minute drive. Arroyo Surfing Water Park (open summer season) is also a 5 minute drive away! Unfortunately, no pet policy due to allergies in our family. Solar power protects during electricity outages.
