Our comfortable light filled home is fully equipped for your stay. 2 beautifully dressed queen bedrooms, and third with two double bunks (linen and towels provided) makes this house perfect for a family or 2! Also perfect for a couple or couple of couples 2 living areas, 2 large decks, one covered with BBQ, large yard for kids to explore with outside shower. Fully equiped kitchen, laundry, games and toys and complimentary use of coffee machine. Stroll to No 16 back beach, cafe, walking tracks.

The house features a downstairs open plan living and dining area with kitchen and laundry/mud room. Upstairs are two airy bedrooms with farm views (master with doors to balcony) and a bathroom. Stay by the fire and watch the kangaroos and echidnas, or drive mere minutes to local attractions such as the Epicurean and hot springs. And if a Covid lockdown affects your booking we will refund your payments to us, regardless of the cancellation policy. 2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

The farm is tucked into the foot of the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, only minutes away from the front bay beaches and a short drive from the rugged coastline and waves of the Peninsula back beaches. In all directions you will find a bounty of cafes, independent stores, markets, wineries, restaurants and walks to enjoy.

Driftwood @ McCrae

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
