Short 2 min walk to some of Arubas top restaurants like Wilhelmina, El Gaucho, Carte Blanche, and Yemanja. 1 min walk to De Suikertuin for breakfast and coffee. 5 min walk to Starbucks and Shopping. Our Palm Leaf themed apartment is a 1 bedroom (king size), 1 bathroom cozy apartment with an open European kitchen and living room. The apartment is situated in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street and next to our own traditional Arubian house. A third sleeping place can be offered but only at request and against a small surcharge. The apartment provides many amenities for kitchen, bathroom and beach and a detailed list can be provided.

Boca catalina is steps from the property with Arubas best snorkeling area, and Arashi beach is walking distance as well. Property has 4 units with complete independent entrances. Garden is a relaxation heaven with beautiful plants and laid back pool area. Plenty of free parking on-site.
