Airbnb guests have the entire upstairs / first floor space, which is exclusively for your use. Access is via the shared front door and hallway. We occupy the ground floor space. A delightful seaside location 250m walk to our sunny Rustington beach. Relax on the beach, swim, wind surf, kayak, paddle board Hike and bike in the South Downs. Come & enjoy :)

Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. Walking on the beautiful South Downs and the Angmering and Arundel Parks and, of course, the beautiful beach at Rustington.
