'The Nest' near Arundel

Wake up in the beautiful South Downs National Park, with a perfect view from every window. Our self-contained, recently refurbished, and well equipped apartment overlooks the fields and wildlife that surround us. Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

The Deer Hut

Escape to the tranquility of our charming shepherd's hut nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of South Downs National Park. As you step into our beautifully crafted holiday home, you'll be greeted by rustic elegance and cosy comfort. The interior is a blend of country charm and modern amenities, providing you with a snug and inviting space to unwind. A comfortable bed promises restful nights, while the seating area offers dining for two or simply a space to gaze out at the views.

Hardy Cottage - Arundel Town Centre

This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Unicorn cottage is a newly renovated 2 bedroom character cottage sitting just beneath the castle, right in the heart of Arundel’s historic town centre The property has two bedrooms with a double bed in the master bedroom and 1 or 2 (depending on your needs) singles in the small 2nd bedroom. The guest room can be made up for adult or child guests. The living space is upstairs and open plan with a sofa bed and log burner.

Cosy Cabin for 2, Beautiful Views, South Downs Way

“The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Cute and cosy cottage in the heart of Arundel.

Recently refurbished, The Old Pottery is a cosy and comfortable annexe in our garden. Just a 5 min walk from the town's main square and within the Southdowns National Park, this cute conversion is the perfect couples retreat. Please note that the property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs (10 steps) and that we no longer accept dogs. We also advise this is not suitable for small children just because Neil (our bull terrier) frequents the garden and is quite bouncy.

Kimberley Cottage

A Beautiful and lovingly converted stable block, providing a charming light filled space with many characterful features . We are within the SouthDowns National Park which offers fabulous walking and hiking countryside Crossbush is a small rural village within walking distance of the picturesque and historic town of Arundel , Arundel Castle , Arundel Cathedral and the river Arun, and within easy reach of the sea You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Summer Cottage is the perfect base to experience the magic of medieval Arundel. This delightful, refurbished character cottage is positioned in the heart of the old town. Within a ‘stone’s throw’ you have easy access to Arundel Castle, the magnificent cathedral and a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and independent retailers. This is perfect home with a lounge/dining room, sky tv, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a private courtyard.

Stunning and spacious period cottage with outstanding views. Beautifully furnished and decorated with a kitchen that chefs will love. We live overseas and love to share our cottage with visitors from all around the world. The location is only a short walk into the centre of Arundel or you can step out into the countryside. The cottage has been on Airbnb for a number of few years and we have had many, many repeat guests. Make yourself at home in Jasmine Cottage.

It is super cosy, full of charm and recently renovated to the highest standard to blend contemporary design with traditional comfort. The cottage has a truly luxurious feel that you’d genuinely do well to beat in Arundel.

Two bedroom self-catering apartment in Arundel

The Lodge is a Self-catering 2 double bedroom apartment accommodating one to four adults. It has it's own separate entrance, self check-in lockbox and free off-road parking spaces. We do have cats on the premises but not allowed in the lodge. We do not accommodate pets or children. Cosy but spacious accommodation within walking distance of Arundel Castle. If you would like an earlier checkin you must book the night before. Otherwise checkin is at 3pm
