The pool (opens May 12th- early October) is a great way for visitors to enjoy each other's company morning, noon or night! The quiet peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. Spring Lake beach is only an 8 min bike ride away!

Ideal location two blocks from Deal Lake, and five blocks from beach and boardwalk. Short walk to restaurants, family fun, music venues and more. Owner lives part-time on premises in the top two floors of the house; apartment has a private entrance with digital locks. Apartment rental is priced WITHOUT access to the pool/yard, but can be added onto your reservation for $100 additional per day if available (not being used by owners).
