It's in close proximity to Royal Park parklands, Melbourne Zoo, Rathdowne Village, Lygon Street and the famous Queen Victoria market.

This apartment is located on the 8th floor of the ONLY Flemington, opposite Flemington Racecourse. The balcony and main bedroom offer beautiful City View. There is one basement car space which is also accessible by lift. Guests also have full access the rooftop Infinity Pool and Gym (But "Recreational Facilities only open for use from 6:00am to 10:00pm"). Minutes to the CBD and seconds from public transport, City Link and shopping.
