Coach House - 2 storey Fully Serviced Annex

The Coach House is a period annex with modern facilities. Detached, with side door entrance leading into a lower floor open plan Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing area with separate shower and toilet. Outside has rear patio and large Garden area. The fully enclosed Hot Tub (summer house) additional £40 fee on arrival - Special offer book of 2+ days (Oct25 to Dec25) = free hot tub. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey etc.

The Barley Country Lodge with hot tub

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
