It’s that time of year - our first Winter flurries have arrived ⛄️ & there is no better place to enjoy them than this cozy mtn cabin! Set just between W.Jefferson & Boone, this retreat sleeps 10 comfortably & offers sunset views from every room. Curl up by the fire, rejuvenate in the quiet mountain air, or simply unwind on the three-tier deck with a good book and cocktail (my fav!). The neighborhood: Fleetwood trail, lake/river fishing, short ride to wineries, golf course, boutiques & resorts.

Our 3 bedroom home features 2 king beds & 1 queen, two full baths with stand-up showers, a well- stocked kitchen, 2 gas fireplaces, amazing outdoor living areas, & firepit. Enjoy great shopping in town along with many dining options, a brewery, take a drive on the Blue Ridge Pkwy, hike any of the numerous nearby trails, or simply relax!

Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Huge side yard perfect for family soccer, ultimate frisbee or just sitting back by the fire pit and taking in the beauty of the mountains. Perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts with kayaking, canoeing, tubing, fishing, hiking and biking options all close. The house offers two private bedrooms downstairs with comfy queen beds. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with 2 rooms, 3 twin beds and a double bed. Large front porch.
