Breathtaking lakeside lodge within 10 minute walk to the centre of Tenterden with vibrant cafes/bars and restaurants. Close to Rye, Camber Sands, Hastings, Chapel Down and National Trust Properties. Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom accommodation with modern kitchen, dining, chilling and lounge area with stunning views across open countryside in an AONB, which can be truly appreciated from large deck area with outside dining. Soak in a free-standing bath or big shower and stretch out on an enormous sofa and admire the view up the valley - You won't want to leave! If you do the Little House is well placed for pubs, beaches, vineyards, gardens, Rye and Hastings and many other treats only a walk or short drive away.

It’s small but perfectly formed, with everything you need for a relaxing stay: comfy double bed, chair, which converts to a single bed, optional bench sleeping, AC (hot & cold), Smart TV with top streaming apps, board games, and a travel cot with bedding. Ideal for couples, solo guests, or even family sleepovers!

The Old Piggery Orlestone cosy country conversion

If you're searching for a quintessential country cottage with modern luxury trappings, then The Old Piggery is perfect. A warm and inviting bijou space, the property sleeps two but still feels roomy with a mix of rustic, modern and mid century furniture. The pretty garden and grounds boasts a fire pit area for star gazing evenings and a natural pond adjoining fields. Nearby local vineyards Gusbourne Estate and Chapel Down and gastro pubs minutes' drive away.

Relax and unwind in the cosy comfort of our beautiful cabin. Snuggle up by the log burner whilst looking out at our peaceful lake, surrounded by ancient woodland. A private couples’ retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing magical moments in nature. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

‘The Water Snug’ Beautiful Floating Cabin

Welcome to our beautiful houseboat, a romantic retreat for two floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in East Hoathly. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake in a lake-view bedroom where nature’s magic surrounds you. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

The Hopper Hut; cosy and comfy, EV charging point

The Hopper Hut has been named for the history of our home which was once a hop farm. We live in the oast building on the same site. You have quiet surroundings with views of the garden and pond, and comfortable accommodation in all seasons. Your king sized bed was hand made in England using natural wool and cotton for a comfortable night's sleep. At extra cost you can also use the EV charger.

A gorgeous and spacious apartment with high ceilings overlooking the beach with spectacular sea views on St Leonards seafront near an abundance of cafes and restaurants. An open-plan living space with period feature fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, stylish bathroom and gorgeous bedroom. Blackout blinds fitted for a good nights sleep.

Railwayman's Hut with Swimming Pond

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with use of a natural swimming pond (80m x 20m) . Tucked away in a peaceful location in Kent’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this enchanting railway man’s hut offers a rural escape from everyday life.
