Seghill’s Sanctuary :Unique Garden Suite !

Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Studio @ The Gubeon

A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

'Close Quarters' Morpeth, Northumberland

Close Quarters is a warm, cosy and welcoming one bedroomed mezzanine home, a 5 minute walk from Morpeth railway station and 7 minutes from Morpeth centre. Great for shopping, riverside walks, fine restaurants cafes and friendly bars. The Sheepwash Shepherds Hut Morpeth

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated and ready for your arrival. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. If your stay is longer than one night we can empty, refill and reheat for a small charge of £15.00 per night.

Ashington farm lodge

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Perfect for long walks and scenic views. 5 minutes from the beautiful Northumberland coast with its many picturesque beaches. Close to the A1, ideal for a stop off for anyone travelling a long way north or south. Fantastic amenities less than 1/2 a mile away. Local pub, WiFi, smart TVs, sports centre etc... Dog friendly. Outside court yard.

The Gosforth Retreat

This self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. Consisting a large double bedroom, a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The Humsford Hideaway 2 bedroom home with driveway

Located in a homely residential estate, the Humsford Hideaway is within walking distance from Cramlington town centre where you can find a cinema, leisure centre, bowling alley, restaurants, parks and a large variety of shops. It is also a 5 minute drive to the local beach, or you can head North and visit Alnwick, Bamburgh, Seahouses and Beadnell within a 30/40 minute drive.
