Twenty minutes from Clarksville, APSU and nearby Fort Campbell KY to the north and thirty minutes from downtown Nashville and all it has to offer to the south. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

A unique place located minutes from the "Narrows of the Harpeth" State Park. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking. and zip lining all just less than one mile away. If you need more space, check out the "Nest". Just steps away from the "River Roost", a separate private entrance offers a comfy couples space. See our separate listing. Pet Friendly Farmhouse in Kingston Springs

Deep Roots Retreat is a historic farmhouse in Kingston Springs with a porch swing, a firepit, and a good cup of coffee waiting for you. It’s a place to slow down for a couple of days, bring your people, and breathe a little deeper. Originally a 1900 schoolhouse, the house has been lovingly restored with pieces of our family history woven in, while still giving you the comfort you expect when you travel.
