Whole-house generator, fully-stocked kitchen, propane stove, great Wi-Fi, fenced dog area, W/D onsite, firepit area with picnic table, cornhole, 2 smart TVs, office space & homemade treats. We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We're an easy 1-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No cleaning fees, and no chores for you to do!

Come make memories at Maple Cottage. Timeless charm, high-ceilings, tall windows, and beautifully carved exterior doors add to the character of this Cottage. It's located on the main street in a small town so some traffic noise will be heard. It's also near multiple outdoor attractions. These are offered at Malabar Farm State Park, Pleasant Hill Lake, Mohican State Park, Mohican Adventures, Snow Trails and the Mid-Ohio Speedway. Enjoy using the 18 mile bike trail located a block from the house.

This century old farmhouse in the middle of town is a great accommodation for visiting the university, our awesome downtown, or our great local parks. 1st floor is primarily office space for my local small biz, while 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms & bathroom, & the best scene for miles awaits you on the 3rd floor living area. Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking
