Secluded luxury log home in Wisconsin wilderness, tucked away in the Chequamegon National Forest is the delightful community of Clam Lake. Majestic pines, cluster birch, and a quiet lake provide the backdrop for our beautiful hand-hewn log home. This is a truly unique home and property! Our home is situated on our own 16 acre peninsula, surrounded by water on delightful Beaver Lake, a small refuge for waterfowl and wildlife. TV and Wifi too, and a complimentary bottle of wine. A great retreat for 2 couples or a small group of friends. Only 8 minutes from downtown Ashland.

We're the lucky new owners of this sweet cottage that is our part-time home and writing retreat, set up with all you need to come share in a bit of lake island life.

Updated in 2024, Black Hawk cabin at Pine Noel Resort combines the comforts and conveniences of home with a breathtaking north woods experience. Enjoy Black Hawk's rustic knotty pine interior and great views as you admire the pristine grounds. Deer, chipmunks, and squirrels are often on display, during morning coffee. It's a short hop to Pine Noel's piers and your personal fishing boat. Enjoy the kid-friendly sand beach. There's something here, for everyone!

Lakeside - Loon's Nest

Private two bedroom cabin on Long Lake. Being part of Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground, renting this cabin allows you full access to the resort amenities, including boat launch, docks, boat rental, playground area and much more. Four night minimum stay. Pets are allowed with a $30/pet/stay cleaning fee. This cabin is fully equipped to accommodate long stays with appliances and cookware, charcoal grill, firepit and TV. Linens/blankets are included.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. All season property in wooded setting. Ski-in/ski-out access to Whitecap Mountain, snowmobile trails and ice fishing. Cottage is nestled on the hills of whitecap Mountain overlooking Weber Lake where you can kayak, swim or fish. Winter access requires 4 wheel drive. Public use of the indoor pool for a nominal daily fee in the Whitecap hotel is available nearby.

Private beach on Lake Superior. Great location for access to all local attractions such as Big Top Chatauqua, Ashwabay Ski Hill, close to Bayfield-the gateway to the Apostle Island, Washburn Marina. Great for the outdoorsman/woman with many hiking trails and cross country ski trails. Located approx one block from ATV/Snowmobile trails.
