Spring Spa on a Cascading Brook - The Water House

The brook flows through an evergreen forest creating a nourishing environment and the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa retreat. The living/dining room, hot tub/deck, and gas fire pit are set overlooking the cascading brook, ideal for entertaining, meditating or simply as an enjoyable natural muse. The soft, cozy and elegantly vintage styled interior is illuminated and warmed with central heating, ambient lighting and a home surround sound entertainment system with karaoke.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Enjoy the historic Rondout district of Kingston while relaxing in this beautiful, one-bedroom, one bath unit on the first floor of a brick building from 1900. This unique studio space with private entrance is a recent addition to our charming home, located on a quiet private road in the village of Shokan. Situated within minutes of the Ashokan Rail Trail, this bike and walking trail offers dramatic vistas of the Ashokan Reservoir. Woodstock & Phoencia with their stores, galleries and restaurants are only 15 minute drives . Local recreation includes hiking trails, kayaking and for those looking for relaxation there are renowned spas.

Think of it as the perfect getaway with plenty of privacy, nature, and peace and quiet.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

This magical get away is just 2 hours from NYC & 2.5 hours from Philly. Only 20 minutes to SKI BIG BEAR, a great snowboarding/ski mountain! As dawn turns to daybreak, there’s nothing more pleasant than being drawn from slumber by the sound of gushing water echoing through each surface of the property.
