Nestled in a small Lake Erie neighborhood, this cozy cottage looks out onto a peaceful field from a bay-window view. A stroll down the street leads you to Lake Erie and all amenities/public events at Lake Shore Park. There's a family restaurant in the neighborhood which is just a short drive to many other historic Lake Erie attractions! Pets are family too! Bring your potty trained four-legged family members at no extra cost as long as you pick up after and leash your pet when outside.

Welcome to Charm 307. She is an early 1900’s farmhouse that has been lovingly updated with still keeping her original charm. We are still making improvements but promise you a very comfortable stay in the heart of the Grand River Valley wine region. This is a great location for your stay in the area! Centrally located minutes from I-90 and Spire, 20 plus area wineries, Geneva on the Lake, Covered Bridges and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor.

We're located within walking distance to Baci Winery and are within about 1-mile of Cask 307, Stonegait, Hundley Cellars, Harpersfield and Benny Vinos! The Spire Institute is about 5-minutes away and Geneva-on-the-Lake and Geneva State Park, Marina and beach are located within about 15 minutes, which makes it perfect for a family vacation.

Recently remodeled little cottage in Geneva-On-The-Lake. This cottage renovation was intended for guests to feel like this is their home away from home. There is one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. This cottage has AC, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. Plus arcade game!
