The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The house boasts an abundance of original charm, featuring wood paneling, beams adorning the ceiling, and the original hardwood floor. Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and about 2000sf. located on the shore of Lake Erie. 10 mins from Walnut Beach in Ashtabula and Conneaut Township park, 30 mins from Geneva-on-the-Lake, and 40 mins from Presque Ise in Erie, PA. With 2 living rooms and a hot tub, our home is ideal for a family vacation. Pet-friendly; beds for 6, plus 3 futons (groups larger than 8 must be approved by the host).

The Harbor House is located in the heart of the Ashtabula Harbor and with a few steps you will be on Bridge Street. Our newly renovated house has 2 Bedrooms, a den (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience.
