Beautiful country setting yet less than 10 miles from Manchester City centre, suitable for self-isolation. This unique space is set within a 200 year old weavers cottage but with all the modern conveniences of a newly completed studio apartment with all mod cons. The apartment is open plan on first floor with a double bed, and double bed settee and en-suite shower and laundry room. The second floor comprises twin beds addition with en-suite bath. Hight restriction to 2nd floor slopping ceiling.

Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

The Barn flat is nestled in the hills of the Saddleworth area. A short walk from Strinesdale Reservoir and Bishop’s Park; ideal for walkers - bikes are available to use free of charge for active couples! Includes a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar and bathroom. Free parking is available on the property. There is also an outdoor sitting area to relax and take in the hillside scenery on good weather days. We are situated next to The Roebuck Inn. A light breakfast is provided.

This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This converted shippen on a farm features 2 super king beds (can be split into 4 singles) with en suite bathrooms. Not suitable for under 12 years old. Located in a semi-rural setting on the edge of the Peak District, it's just a 20-minute drive from Manchester City Centre with easy access to public transport. Making it an ideal base for exploring both the vibrant city and the stunning countryside. Only 8 minutes from the M60.

Willows Treehouse

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot, situated at the edge of woodland. The treehouse is located above our external garage, with it's own entrance. Please note it's step access only. The large double ensuite room, boosts views over the woods, tea & coffee facilities and comfy seating area. Good transport links to Manchester City, Etihad Stadium, National Cycling Centre & Oldham. Walking/Cycling distance to local country parks. No smoking or animals allowed.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

Frankie's Cottage

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character

Guest Studio Annexe

We would like to welcome you to Calf Hey Cottage. We are situated off the main road set in a quite Hamlet in Denshaw, along side three other Cottages. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
