We are a short 15-20 minute drive to local vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope. Plenty to explore and lots of great walks too!

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

If you love walking, there are many local walks that will take you to spectacular views of Mt Martha and Mornington beaches or you may like to drive a short distance to more challenging walks.
