There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

Close to many amenities such as Springs, fishing, kayaking, tubing, etc. This is a very clean home across from the local bait store/bar 1 block from one of the nicest riverfront restaurants in Florida. Plenty of trailer and vehicle parking. Wi-Fi is also included.

This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.

There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Juan Pablo Montoya) Zebra. (Ruby Lee) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo) , pig, (Wilbur) and a lamb (Gracie) Fenced in property, I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically.
