A tight, circular staircase winds up to the bedroom level, with a king size bed (and great linens) and luxurious bathroom, w/ heated floors and dual shower heads. This room has a private deck on each level, in addition to several shared outdoor areas. No pets, please.

Beach is a 10-minute walk. NO cooking is available in the unit, but restaurants are 5 minutes down the road in Pacific City. Parking is located by our check in dome, an escorted ride in our electric carts will be provided.

The bathroom has a shower stall. It is located west of Highway 101 across the street from Dollar General.

This commercial property does require all guests to register. Dogs are welcome, however dogs cannot be left in the room unattended. Dogs must also be leashed in the shared community spaces. Close to the beach and activities. BBQ grills and picnic tables located in courtyard.
