The two- storey house with balcony is located just a few steps below the old fortress of Astypalaia, „ the Castle.“The location is unique. 6 chapels surround the house, which is built of thick stone walls. It is well over 100 years old. Opening the door you can feel the spirit of an ancient place .Despite the quiet location, you are at the same time in the heart of the old "Chora", the "Castle". Small speciality restaurants or bars are only some 100 metres away.

The House of Simos 1 ASTYPALAIA

This is a vaction home of an Athenian/Milanese family that has been in love with Astypalaia for 40 years. It was bought and renovated for the first time in 1978 and ever since it has been the home of our summer vacations, of festivities and celebrations, huge dinners at the terrace, wine-tasting sessions, late night talks, stargazing - you name it. We have lived, we have laughed, we have loved here.

The 30 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning. A baby cot is also available.
