Katouna home is one of the first cottages built in this peaceful village of Lefkada. A complex of three independent houses located on the fringes of the village, inside an olive grove. Gyri Villa, overlooking Vasiliki bay

Villa Gyri is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

The Sea Martin

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.

Villa Nemus is a recently converted 19th century stone house on the north tip of Kefalonia near Fiscardo (4km). Inside the open plan and spacious villa, guests feel at once 'at home' with everything you might need to feel perfectly comfortable. It is an open plan space, there are no seperate bedrooms.

The house is located at the highest part of the village. Exanthia is surrounded by nature, built amphitheatrically on the slope of the mountain and is located close to some of the best beaches of Lefkada. Here you can taste traditional products and meals at the distinguished restaurant 'Rachi' or enjoy the Ionian sunset from our yard. Welcome and have a memorable experience.

The private pool area has got 4 sun-beds, one large dining table and chairs, a lounge and outdoor shower.

Relax with the whole family at peacefully Ponti village,you can enjoy amazing sea view and easy walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes).As part of greek tax regulation there an extra charge for "climate chang "of 8 EURO per night ,the charging of the tax will be issued sepratly while check inn via resolution center.
