It’s a modern, light, airy 50m² floor/apartment with a wonderful 70m² private garden with dinner table, umbrella, smart tv, bluetooth speaker overlooking the central square and bay of the prestigious seaside resort. The apartment is less than 300 mt from the award-winning beach and 5 min from the lake. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. We will be happy to provide advice and answer any questions. We speak fluent English and French.

Private property 70 square meters on to the beach. There is a 3km sidewalk ideal for short and long walks or bike. The city center, Nea Makri, is located about 2,5km. There you can find shops, bars, Super Markets , banks , post office, cinema, restaurants and cafes. The house is located very close to the Marathon archeology monument, 1km from the heath center and 40 km from Acropolis-Athens. The property is located 20 min from the port of Rafina and 35 minutes from the airport.

It’s is quiet, peaceful, perfect for families with little kids and couples. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all necessities, 2 huge balconies and a very spacious living room.

Perfect to relax. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" and around 40-45 minutes from the centre of Athens. Although it is in Attica, it gives an island feeling, as the sea is directly in front of you. The rocky beach is unorganised and has very clear waters. However, if you prefer organised beaches, there are plenty of options. Good place if you want to getaway from the big city life. The house is ecologically built and has a big garden!
