We follow Airbnb’s COVID-19 safety practices. House in woods 5 minutes to Athens. FREE Spectrum high speed WIFI. NOT suitable for parties. This is a re-modeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home located seconds outside of town but down a private gravel road. The house fronts the highway but it is back behind the trees. A SUV all wheel drive car is best because our house is down a 1/4 mile private gravel drive. We do not plow snow because of the gravel so if a storm is coming.

Country, quiet setting, just minutes from town. You will fall in love with Terrell road and all it's country charm and, we can't say it enough, it is quiet. Tucked in a valley just outside of Athens Terrell Place will give you the peace you need. Also there is plenty of entertainment while you stay such as sitting on the front porch or back deck. Plus Corn Hole, Netflix, Board Games, Books and more.
