Relax and retreat with whole family at this peaceful water front home, which is located in a prime location for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, touring and enjoying the great outdoors. The sun room directly over looks the water and bay and is a great space to enjoy a picturesque meal. Long Beach Island's beach is only 15 minutes away. Atlantic City is approximately 35 minutes away. There are wonderful restaurants, eateries and shops in the adjacent Tuckerton and Long Beach Island.

Many restaurants are located within a short walking distance. A private entrance, located on the first floor lets you into a stylish tiny home apartment. Beach chairs supplied! Kayak rentals are available for an extra fee. Pets in yard or on outside of property must be on a leash at all times.
