Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Take in the scenery, suntan in the salt air breeze or catch an amazing sunset right from the deck. **NO PETS ALLOWED. The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
