Het is bij het pittoreske dorpje Svartå . We zitten vlakbij natuurpark Tiveden. En direct aan wandel , fiets en kano routes.Berglagsleden route is een bekende wandelroute van 280 km pal langs t huis. We kijken uit op een meer waar je heerlijk kunt vissen geen visvergunning nodig. Zwemmen varen, kanoën en suppen. Op loopafstand een café restaurant, supermarkt en banketbakkerij. 厄尔斯达伦的山谷校舍和单间公寓

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Nybyggt hus med 3 sovrum med dubbelsängar i varje rum (180, 160 & 160 cm). Kök, vardagsrum och hall är i öppen planlösning. Här finns alla bekvämligheter med golvvärme, kaklat badrum, köksö, diskmaskin, induktionshäll, inbyggd ugn och micro/ugn. Huset har stor altan med utemöbler (på vår, sommar och höst) samt kolgrill. Huset ligger ca 75 m från sjön Skagern och nära till bad, fiske och en camping med kiosk, minigolf, båt- och kanotuthyrning. Iläggningsramp för båt får användas mot avgift.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!
